After seeing similar boxes for £400 ish I decided to make my own. £210 and there's an attachable run which will bolt onto the front.
What do you think? Aluminium frame with a material called dibond which is a sheet of Perspex type material with a thin layer of aluminium on each side

Neatly done but you need an anti squeeze rim around the edges down inside.

Looks good though Scott

its a great product that Scott, we do one like it called Alubond. I make our kennels out of it and its far better than any other on the market but its not cheap. That should last you for many years to come, the Ally is better then galve as it cleans much better because you scrub away through the galve over the years and it rusts.
If it was easy it wouldn't be so much fun.

Aye but I wouldn't have got a run and a custom size Nic, was struggling due to the space in the utility room
Aye it's smart stuff James, glad I paid the little bit extra for it

I made the last one out of ply but it was pretty grubby after that litter and didn't want to use it again, at least with this one I can hose and scrub it down and it'll last for ages
