Re: Price of ESS
We have just bred a litter of ESS well bred from FTW to health tested FTCH. We could of sold bitch pups many times however had very little interest in dog puppies, with one left that we will train on ourselves. Had one person 'make an offer' for him but we decided not to take offers and stick to our...

Re: kennel CCTV/Cameras
We are using the d-link ip cameras. They are around £60 each we use our iPhones/pads with the mydlink app.they work fine day or night. We find the microphone to check any noise from the dogs really useful. The only downside we found was having to use a PC to set them up as we didn't have one ( used ...

Re: Stud suggestions
We have just used Helmsway Hawk of Witchwillows and we are really pleased with them really strong busy pups. Also although it makes no difference to the pups we found George to be a really good guy who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We left our bitch with him as she was a maiden bitch with t...

Re: Serious Face Ready to Hunt
With the pedigree they have I thought they would all have gone. Could of sold 20 bitch pups but not so with the dogs. If needs be will keep and sell when part trained or trained.

Re: Springer keeps laying on pups
Thanks for replies. Will give anything a go. Hopefully as said everyday they get bigger and therefore less easy to lay on.

Springer keeps laying on pups
Our springer had a litter 10 days ago even being in a large whelping box with rails keeps sitting/laying on her pups. We have been with her constantly since she had them. We seem to rescue at least one a day. When the pup 'screams' she takes no notice and just looks bemused. She is a maiden bitch. J...

Excellent Service on Whelping Box
After confirming our Springer bitch was in pup after her mating we decided to buy a whelping box. Last time we had pups we borrowed one. I contacted Dogtransit after reading a post on here. I was told that it would be about 14 days to build a box, I told them the due date and they assured me that I ...

Opinions on steadying to fur
I have an 18 month old springer. His training has been a bit stop start, he has had issues with his attention. After going back to basics I now want to reintroduce him to and get him steady to fur. I am fortunate that I have a 1 acre pen stocked with wild rbits. I am interested in opinions on the be...
