You probably need to control his urge to hump everything otherwise bitch owners will get annoyed.

Isn't that that what they want him to do? Seriously though, he's better since I swapped his harness for a slip lead. No more pulling towards other dogs. Thanks for the advise nige. I make sure to keep it under his chin and not round his neck.
