Re: Dilemma
A 4 month old cocker with good pedigree for £200? There are all sorts on this forum but none of us are daft enough to try to talk anyone out of taking up a bargain like that! You go for it Vikki before you get flattened in the stampede from thousands of others trying to get there before you do! Good luck with your new puppy!

Re: Dilemma
Sorry but if all is well with papers and he seems okay with your dogs, then i think he looks just perfect and the timing is great! Another one not to talk you out of it!!

Re: Dilemma
Again, I am like the others in the 'go for it' club!!
4 months is definitely not too old to get the bond
could be a bit there already! I bought a girl at nearly 2 and I can't imagine a stronger bond, than I had with her.
There is a big gap in ages and you have the time.
I would want to know the stud but would say provisional yes, if you haven't already and do the final checks.
Some of my dogs I have planned to get but some have 'presented' themselves an din my head at the time, although wasn't the plan, with hours of the thought being there, found it all escalated within hours and job was done- Woody and Alfie came about that way
If you haven't already gone for him, then subject to checking the stud, would go ahead. excited
Bargain price too- reckon if you don't, there are lots who would be joining the queue to have him
Whats his name ?

Re: Dilemma
I've just sent the breeder a message to make sure he's still available and to check who the stud dog was. I'm sort of hoping she will say he's gone and that will make the decision easy. He is so adorable and reminds me of Fraser at that age. Thanks for all of your comments.
