correct me if i'm wrong, but i think its best if you add sand to the paint. i have seen kennels where they havent added sand and they've been power washed and the paint starts chipping off.

Nice looking Kennels, have you any more pictures?

I'm in the process of building a new house and my next project will be the garage/kennels. I'm looking for ideas.

insulated under the bedding area

Heating and water still to be installed later this week, box profile insulated roofing, with two skylights allowing lots of light/heat in, but all windows open should to allow ventilation on warmer days, the paitned floor eliminates any odour and keeps it nice and clean :-D
