Here's one for starters; viewtopic.php?p=34432

There's quite a few on Goggle if you type in his name.

Lochindorb spaniel database is a good place to look; there is lots on Buddy.

I have a dog by Buddy out of Awbeg Muffin; another of Mick Walsh's champions.
Far from being a FTCh I have never trialled him but use him regularly for beating and rough shooting, and occasionally at peg on beater's days.
A willing worker with a fantastic temperament, his only downfall is the handler!

Good luck in your search.

Too right.
His sire was hard Hunting but soft natured.
His dam made no grade whatsoever.
Did you ever see a good stud dog out of a poor bitch?

Hi paul,
I look at Butlerstown Buddy as a well trained good gundog. But his value as a stud dog is poor in my opinion.
This dog has had a lot of bitches.A lot of the pups are shy in temperament and small light boned dogs.
True Tevez can hunt and hit briar. But one swallow doesnt make a summer.Your buddy has Tevez? whats your opinion
of his conformation?
In your opinion which stud dogs could you recommend .
