Hello From Nottingham!

Post by Minijen »

Hi! I'm Becca, from Nottingham. I love to go beating, although I have only just started last season, and cannot wait to go again this season!
I have 2 English Springer Spaniels, Mini (12) & Max (7) and a little Cocker, Mae (1). It'll be Mae's first time this Saturday which I'm very excited about :-D

Mini is retired now, which she isn't happy about! I took her last season but I don't think her hips can cope this time round :(
Max went last season too for the first time, he's quite gun shy from a bad upbringing before I had him. He did well and flushed a few pheasants! But I wont be taking him this season.

Here are my 3
Left to Right,
Mini, Mae & Max

Welcome to the forum. Be prepared for the "death stare" from Mini when you leave her at home. I remember an old lab of mine would sulk dreadfully if she were left at home. Lol.

Haha, tell me about it! She not be happy at all! When I take Mae out training on her own the other 2 sulk!
And then bombard her with their noses when we come home!

Thanks guys!
I go in Hucknall/Newstead. I used to go in Repton near donnington, but it was too far and managed to get somewhere close to home. :)
