Re: Bertie sick
Have you used slug pellets in the garden? I'd get him straight to the vets..........

A lot of rat bait [poison] is blue dyed in colour, if it was that then being sick will not be a bad thing,[ Its slow acting on rats but builds up internally , ] if you think its poison give your vet a call. Rat bait comes as blue or red dyed grain or in blue blocks about the size of a game-dice or small dog biscuit.
Look around the jungle, see the rough and tumble, listen to a squealer cry

Re: Bertie sick
My friends jack Russell ate rat poison a few weeks ago so he rang the local vet which he uses for his cows. The vet told him to give the dog a large spoonful of salt to make him vomit. He did this and it made the dog throw up for a few hours and it has been well since. Probably too long since your dog has eaten it to try this.

UPDATE??????!!!!!!!
Re: Bertie sick
Took him to VETs was not in a good place, they could find nothing but his temp was fine but very weak.
Gave him a shot for Acidic tummy plus some probiotic starved him overnight , gave him equiv of dioralight for hydration
, today he is much much better just on chicken and rice for the day . He went nuts tonight jumping around again. I never thought I would be happy to see that again bit sure am.
So I guess/ hope on fast road to recovery.. Must have eaten something bad for sure.....
Thanks for showing concern.
