Photos of new pup

Post by leeky »

This is our girl whom we hope to collect in February - popping down to see her this weekend. Would quite happily take the few as yet unreserved brothers and sisters on too but other half says i'm not allowed   Hopefully the breeder will find homes for them all :-D
Our girl is the little liver/white one wriggling her way into the middle of all the action/warmth :-D

It's amazing how quickly they darken up:

Will hopefully get more pics this weekend. And now the difficult part - deciding on a name. I've got roughly 40 names (the list grew with each dog so far)

Lovely pup's. It makes you realise how closely bred all breeds of dogs are seeing them at that age. Well the working dog breeds anyway.

What a lovely little pup, very similar markings to Bryn, though he is starting to get spots of liver coming through. Know what you mean I was so tempted to come back with 2, just to keep each other company .......honest  fortunately they were all claimed by the time we collected him, as it is I can focus all my efforts on Bryn, maybe look at getting another springer in 4 years or so.

That certainly seems like a more sensible age gap :-D To be honest, it's all a mixture of excitement and nerves but the excitement's winning over. All i've wanted for a few years now is to have 2 gsps (at least ;) ) so looks like my wee family's just about complete :-D Some more pics sent by the breeder:

My GSP was the smallest in the litter, she was called Mini and the biggest one was called Bear, however, Mini (now Saffy) turned out outgrow all the rest!
