Gun Dog Training Bag

Post by Willow »

Guys

I am looking at purchasing quantities and selling these Training Bags but i would like some feedback before committing.
They are hand made in the UK and they are of good quality, i believe there as been some very good comments already recieved for this supplier.

I can purchase in quantities of 10 so to keep my costs down etc but what do you think about the design, does it tick the boxes if you required a bag for Gun Dog Training work...

I have obviously looked at the costs etc and looked at the cheapest pp i can get
so costs will be £49 plus £3.99 pp

I should of added the size of the bag so here goes (Approx)

Length 17" (430mm)
Height 15" (380mm)
Depth 10" (250mm)
Inner comes out so they can be wiped clean etc, which i thought was a good idea.
I also like the fact that you have the front pockets to hold training dummies, i used both some Avery and canvas dummies i have at home, so indicate what the bag looks like in the picture.

Although I not after selling them here, just would like some feedback please

Only the white liner worries me, removable or not it will get totally bogging, especially through winter and if used as a game bag too.

Price is fine if the quality is there !

It looks a lovely piece of kit and a lot of work clearly goes into making it, which has to be reflected in the price.

From my own perspective I bought a cheap and cheerful standard game bag for a fraction of the price and does a good enough job of carrying all my stuff in.

I think it's a lovely idea but in my honest opinion I think many, but not all, people would rather pay less cash for a lesser designed bag.

It is still a good looking piece of kit all the same :-D

Too many fiddly pockets (not necessary) and too expensive, would be my feedback... :)

Thank You for all your replys it does really assist me.

I am also thinking about a bag for Wildfowling, and I am just working on the design,
on some marshes/clubs you are asked to put your game out of site, so i was thinking about the same type of internal lining as with this bag.
The normal game bag as the net on the outside where you place your game, so its all about weighing up the pros and cons for both styles.

I know that i like plenty of pockets where i can have my items organised rather then just thrown into a large pocket, nothing bugs me more then searching for something in the dark, so having a think about this as well at the present time...
