My dummy bag was made by Nike! Okay, so I've given one of the kids school bags a new lease of life but it holds all I need to cart about & it's wearing quite well.
My game bag is one of these, not overly big but enough to hump about when full of bunnies or grouse http://www.johnnorris.co.uk/search/1211 ... e-bag.html

I followed a link on this forum to GTI Matchman/P.Ogden and found out he makes custom bags.

Upon mentioning my needs he sent one of these very bags, using it daily now.

Very well made, cheap for the quality in my opinion... What's more you could always gt the white lining changed but I find it quite useful for finding things at the bottom :-)

Thumbs up to the OP for sorting out a groupbuy

Oops, misread... Not a group buy :-)

This bag is definitely better than the £29.50 offering on here. I would get a zipped pocket added and change the plastic catches on the front flap if I had the choice. Aside from that this bag is superb and a very useful number of pockets at eerily just the right size :-)

I'd agree. What kit do you take out with you.... :o I have a number of dummies and balls in the bottom of a £14 game bag, a carabina at one end to clip the dog lead on and I use on of those net bags from the washing machine for my blanks and starter pistol. I can fit the launcher in it with the stock broken down but its starting to get to heavy at that point anyway.

I don't see the point of a liner, I regularly leave a rabbit in with the dummies so the smellier the better in my opinion. I've never cleaned the bag or the dummies.

Having said that if you can get a 'pro' seen using it then everyone will be knocking your door down for one.

Hi
To be honest the feedback i received pointed more towards the bags having to many pockets etc, so at present i have not gone forward any further with these

I wouldn't mind a few extra pockets on mine, not for dummies but for a small thermos, a sandwhich and a bottle of water. I'm tired of digging up the thermos from amongst soggy icky dummies or even cold game.

If we can get 10 people interested in these, i could always find out what the cost would be for a group buy
but individual PP will thwn have to be added to get them out to everyone..

just let me know via this topic if its worth doing

cheers

i personally like it, but I have a game bag for training and a game bag for when i go picking up as I cant be bothered taking out all the dummies just for a days picking up, so i have a bag completely seperate for that job.

I think the price is fairly expensive compared to other game bags (but its not too far off the mark), but i guess you get what you pay for and if it lasts, then you've still got your monies worth.

Any news if these are ever going to become more than a figment of imagination?
