Outside dog run question....?

Post by Amos »

I'm about to build a outdoor run for my dog...

Am I best building the base on the flat, or a slight slope to let the water run off...?

Slope, with a drain if you can, no run off = lots of wet dogs

A slope is definitely better. That said mine is flat and I squeegee mine out when I wash it which is pretty effective.

There's a story there. I did and ended up with a lot of concrete flowing freely over the yard when his wall fell over! Was busy building the house at the time, glad I didn't let him loose on that one
