Does anyone know these Irish dogs affix's that are big boned, well marked, well driven with plenty of stamina and could trial so must be IKC or KC registered.

Ive been doing some research of late and can only find the Monolue (sp) and Cressett cristo lines that are throwing nice stuff. Anyone anymore info or even pictures of these dogs?n

Ihave a b/w bitch bred by a lancashire gamekeeper,a l/w dog bred by a friend in mullingar, two 12 month old pups from a friend in cork.Although there is some trial breeding its quite a long way back in all cases. This was a deliberate policy in the case of all the breeders.

In the bitches pedigree are pyecross smut and cheweky treestump
the dogs pedigree has millshadow aster and tyn-y-waun-toddy
these are some of the more recognisable names that appear some 4 generations back.
The pups are not registered dogs, hence I don't have a record of their parentage.
they have been deliberately bred away from trial dogs for many years by a very knowledgeable
friend in the far west of Cork.

Red ink never found or flushed a bird. Re my post earlier in thread and pic of my dog his grand sire was monalue cherry blossom but that's only red ink up to that stage of pedigree
My mate in Mayo has the best springer I have shot over and he is not registered they are bred only every 8 to 10 years to suit purpose so they don't care re papers. The family generations will remember the family tree as only bred very rarely so his dad will remember the dogs dad as it was his etc These are men that have one dog for all their shooting on unforgiving ground west coast of Ireland where dog needs to have guts
Papers might be lost pedigree is never lost its in the dog in the heap of briars in front of you ;)
