you can strim the edges if you take away the electric fencing. also same goes for long handled loppers.
if the weeds arent too bad, normal weed killer works with a pump action sprayer (£10-£15 from B&Q etc). You should be able to use the pump action sprayer for inside the pen too on small spots as & when you see them pop their heads up.

The weeds need one major onslaught then we can keep on top of them but would like to know what people use when pen has rabbits in it.
With the best care in the world treating the outside would have some 'drift' of spray going in the pen.

what we did was have my OH spray the outside and i was in the inside with a largish board (mine was about waist height) and we went around and i mirrored him holding the board while he sprayed.
you'll find most over the counter weed killers are safe enough to use on the rabbit pen without harming the local wildlife.

Has anyone used a flame weed killer? There are quite a few on the market both gas and paraffin, could be an answer to your prayers if they are any good - as long as you haven't got plastic fencing of course!
In life, it is important to know when to stop arguing with people and simply let them be wrong.
Will depend wot ur weeds are?
If u want all vegetation plus the roots killed ur Roundup (Glycophoshate) type would bbe ur best bet.
But u can also get others that will only kill broad leaved weeds (Grazon, Headland flail etc) but leave the grass, mibee handy if u've got a netal/dock problem but want the grass left to hold the net down
Most won't be harmful to rabbits/dogs if used correctly at the proper dilution
