Carrying tail between legs
I went for a walk today with my lab he went in the river for a quick swim like he always does can't keep him out of water.Everything has been perfectly normal since we got back 5 hours ago but in the last hour he's been carrying his tail between his legs he's mouching around the house not settling and going under the table which he never does .He has let me touch his tail but he yelped but the next time I touched it he didn't yelp but agitated when I touched that area.Anyone any ideas what it could be .

Time will cure it. If very painful, get some anti-inflammatory tabs from vet.
