I noticed you had received no replies to your post yet. While I don't have a spaniel or a lab that needs that kind of work I do have a Brittany that needs to be shot over. If you think you can provide work for her please let me know.

Wullie, I can't see a problem with you running your Brittany, think it would be a nice change to see another variety working .... If you, Craig and the lovely lady ( ;) ) can rustle up more handlers or other Forum members want to come along plus get a team of guns together - then we can arrange a day. The mobile number I quoted above is the Keeper so he may have individuals contacting him direct, Will keep you all posted about numbers etc.

Nic - I had S W with his novice dog up to shoot a rabbit or 2 for a friends young retriever a few weeks ago - bracken was still a bit high tho.

Thanks Jangles, I am definitely interested , all I need to know is the date(s) and where to meet. I will have a word with a lab guy and see if he might be interested too.

Hi Folks

Friday 2nd October is being pencilled in for the Training day. More about numbers handlers/guns will follow as the list is compiled - there may also be a chance that a handler can supply the Guns. Having included the interest from Forum members and assuming Wullies Lab guy makes it - plus 2 we have a possible 6 Handlers. Anybody wanting to add their names or remove their names please let me know.

A 2nd or 3rd days Training will be run if numbers ask for them - will keep you updated with more information when its recieved.

Location is approx 8 miles from J9 M90 (Bridge of Earn) A912/A913 - anybody passing Livingston could stop off and pick up a certain Brittany owner/handler
