Silent whistles aren't silent to anyone I know. There's a reasurance about hearing thats hard to get passed.

The older you get the less you seem to hear them - I presume because we loose high frequency hearing first? It depends how you tune the silent whistle too. I'll stick with my 210.5 and 211.5
