Sporting Saint customer service

Post by Miesque »

Just wanted to publicly give these guys a big thumbs up publicly - over Christmas I put in an order while they were on holidays and forgot to add an item (just a quick release clip for bolting rabbit). I sent them an email asking or it to be added to the order while they were still closed. My parcel arrived but no clip, I assumed they'd be inundated with backlogged orders and missed my note. Then a packet arrived in the mail separately with the clip sent on free of charge as they had forgotten to add it. Little things like that will always keep you going back to the same store! Especially as the mistake was mine to begin with!
