FTCH Tembokali Selous & FTCH Rowston Samson

Post by stcorb »

Hi, I am in the middle of doing my homework on finding a suitable cocker stud dog to use and after hours of trawling the internet, checking pedigrees, coi, and the same for their sires & dams, watching film off the dogs and their sires & dams, looking for traits that will complement my bitch, I am now looking for people who have used either Tembokali Selous or Rowston Samson, or have seen them run, does anyone have experience of using them or have film footage that I might not have seen? Thanks

I had a Rowston dog by samson but i sold him as he was noisy in the kennel and a little strange, however the lad that bought him picks up with him and seems to like him.

I have seen Fly run on 2 occasions and the only reason he didn't compete at the Champs is because Will was judging he's a stunner
this might help

He used to jump up in the air from a standing start and his eyes were a bit piercing.

I've a young dog by Samson I will run this season. I really like him.

He was also top dog at the recent interclub test held by the Cornwall FTS.

I've not seen anything by Selious yet but he's only young.

I have used Fly to cover one of my bitches lasat January. Kept back a pup from the litter - only 10 months old, has no fear of breaking cover.
