How old is the dog (Sandra?) Granthmax?
Shouting and throwing the lead at her etc, may not be the best approach to training, even if she is strong minded. If she truely is a "hard dog" ie she understands exactly what you do/don't want but chooses to do the other thing anyway, then shouting/threatening her could just make her more hard. Conversely, if maybe she does not entirely understand what you want, your threatening behaviour could scare her and break her trust in you.

Not sure the dog would understand, it depends how she is acting etc. Maybe shes misunderstanding it.

TO ADD
Interested also in how old the dog is etc, how often she gets taken out to be trained? Our lab went through a stage of being very stubborn as she was worked with dummies far to much. We gave her a break and introduced a dummy launcher, totally different dog!

Bye Tony.
In life, it is important to know when to stop arguing with people and simply let them be wrong.
