Sensible if you think you have arthritis starting. I use Yumove working or an equine powder (Usually Cortavet) depending on what's on sale

Used Joint Aid on a Flatcoat, worked wonders for her, wished I'd started her on it a couple of years earlier, she would have been a lot more comfortable. Takes a few weeks to kick in after which they are running about happily.

Not sure if it is still the case, but Joint Aid used to offer money back if it didn't work

We used to you use JA, back when it first came out as our dog display team had them as a sponsor. Our dogs didn't seem any different after 5+ months of use except for dodgy stomachs and the shits.
We are now using linseed oil on all of the team with excellent results, improved coat, eyes, mobility and not to mention the overall health benefits flax oil brings. I wouldn't use anything else.

I found it v pricey for what is does. Others have recommended to me glucosamine and chondroitin etc.

However, Vicky may be able to provide more technical input, Jake had a course of four injections at the vets and he's like a new dog (although still twelve and a bit). Cost us £100 which isn't far off two tubs of Joint Aid.

We v happy
