I used to train two commands, "Give" and "drop it!", these days its morphed into "ta" and LEAVE IT!!"
In life, it is important to know when to stop arguing with people and simply let them be wrong.

When I trained my first she was taught that she had to put the retrieve in my hand, my mum told me with great hilarity that my rather fastidious elder brother had taken my dog for a walk when I was away and she came home to find the dog desperately trying to give him a dead rat she had found and he was trying to avoid touching it!!
