Welcome to the forum. :-D Although I had HPR's for about 35 years I can't remember meeting any 1-2-1 trainers of these breeds coming from that very large area you mentioned. I don't know which of the hpr breeds you have but I suggest you contact the GSP CLUB. This may not be your breed but I know the club holds monthly training classes all over Britain as I used to take them. Any hpr breed was welcome at the classes and some of those people probably will know of 1 - 2 - 1 trainers in the areas you stated.

Hi Dan

It's not clear what you want out of the trainer.

For what it's worth try making contact with this chap: https://m.facebook.com/midlandgundogtrainingpen/

I spoke with him over the phone a couple of years ago and he seemed geniune and helpful.

Best of luck

Hi,

I’d start by contacting the Worcester Gundog Society and the Wye Valley Retriever clubs, as they may be able to help indirectly. Both have websites.

Thanks

Paul
