In the past week there have been two suspected dog deaths in my village from Alabama Rot. One belonged to a visitor staying in a holiday cottage, the other to a local resident.
The dogs were I understand exercised in woods near Croft Castle.
Fortunately so far there have been no other cases, I do not take my dogs to those woods, as since the first lockdown they have become very busy but thought people should know.

Re: Alabama Rot
Thanks for letting us know Nick, much appreciated.
Re: Alabama Rot
My guess is they were in School Wood which is nearest Lucton but there are loads of walks and walkers around the whole of Croft estate. Rather worrying as many of my friends take their dogs there every day!
