January, I would go pigeon shooting. To hi as was farmland and the wild pigeon would fly over. Fast flying, they were here and as quickly the flock would be gone as faster than to hey arrived. It was nice to get out in the snow for they afternoon. This was with my working cocker, Kerry.. Could anyone comment on the descendants of Winterwildfowl paprika bred to Scorrcer and the other 4 males. Was she a blue hen. Mike

Hi, I've used the database for many years, Paul in Sweden had al database as well. I had recommended a couple breeding with Alan Gwyenne of windmill wood kennels. This was to produce lemon roan, and there were a few others. , I joined the cocker club, was a BASC member .. I imported my cocker, Housty Hilti of windmill wood. She was black , honest, of cocker type and action.action.. I hunted rabbit, grouse, woodcock, and shot 1 duck, a mallard for her off a dike filled with water.. she did a nice retrieve. Does anyone have experience with the paprika offspring. Did you like this breeding, R Gold to Housty safron. Mike
Re: CS
Was paprika a blue hen. Did she produce nice , easy going cockers. Personal gundogs with good to excellent retrieving. Paprika and Scorrcer bred .. it has been a few years but I used attend the American cocker championships usually in Michigan. You'll have a good day. Mike
Re: CS
What gundog forums do you guys either are members of or recommend. I was a member of working cocker online for 3 years and my friend outside manchester england had Urban gundog under the table a very successful journal on WCOL. ....Keith gave me thanks for my help and contrabusion to his Journal online.

Judging by the number of Irish lads who used to be on here I doubt there are any fora over there. I think Facebook has somewhat taken over these days, we keep this running because it is a mine of information and quite a few people are read only members. There are a select few who enjoy chatting still but not as many as the "old days".
