Field Trial Practice Days Dorset(Spaniels)

A chance to get yourself and your spaniel ready for your FT campaign.After the success of last year we are running these days again this season on our small shoot here in Dorset.
Dogs and Handlers must be up to FT standard. Each Handler will have 3/4 birds shot for them as in a FT.
There will be 4 days in Oct and Nov and 2 days in Dec and Jan. Probably 5/6 handlers per session. Dates to be set soon.
Also I am trying to arrange a couple of dates to include a guest Trainer to help you out. (These days will cost a little more)

Price will be £80 per handler to include 3/4 birds.

If there any guns out there who would like to shoot over the dogs they can do so for just £50.

My Spanners aren't up to FT standard

(They are bad ass beaters

Hi woodcock i might be interested if it doesn't clash with our shoot days,you have my e-mail so if you could send across the details then great, can 1 handler book in 2 dogs?

Hi Spaniel Jim yes I have your email so I will send you details once finalised. Yes one handler can work two dogs but i think thats the max. so you can have couple of birds over each dog. hope all going well with those cracking pups.

musto girl ......... You dont have to tell me about expensive......... 2 tons of food arriving Monday.Oh yes we had to buy them as well last week and house them, if you can raise and produce pheasants cheaply and we dont even employ staff, let me know I am always on the lookout to shoot over my dogs as cheaply as possible. I would only be too pleased to hear.

I've got similar in the pipeline here in Sussex and I share your view on cost although my guns are prepared to pay a bit more with the result that I can reduce the price for handlers. And yes I'm expecting to put my time in for little or no return.
