I know it looks really awful from the outside and it's very easy for us to sit back and judge but we don't know the owners circumstances. He could have been recently widowed or divorced and not have a support system in place to look after the bitch and her pups.. He does seem very intent on finding her the right home, possibly because as he says he didn't plan the litter and accidents happen to the best of us after all.

Sounds like he's aware his is not the right home for whatever reason.....Lets just hope she finds it now....

His dog is advertised at stud on that site so whilst I appreciate we don't know all the details my opinion on this one echoes most people's sentiments - disgraceful!!!
If its not for financial gain why not ask a rescue to help out. Yes they are stretched but doubt any would leave a pregnant bitch without appropriate care and security at this time.

I have no sympathy in this case. The advert is explicit in showing how you can make a profit from buying the bitch then selling on the puppies.

Why not kennel the bitch with a breeder for whelping?
I'm sure a breeder/trainer in Kent has advertised puppies before from a bitch he has taken in for whelping.

It's not her first litter either...
