Use it on ticks by shaking a quantity on the bug, great on spiders/ants or any insect really. Down side takes time to dry the bug out (in my case applied at night dead in morning kinda thing) but it did kill it and left a dry husk other down side is that its a bit messy so ok for coops and kennels not in the house. Used it as an additive in food for over a good few years now and my dogs never looked like carrying worms. I am not so trusting of these new worming tablets bought from the Vet, I prefer to see worms being deposited this mushing them up leaves me in doubt due to not seeing results with my own eyes.
This is what I've heard about worms when added as a food additive, do you think it's worthwhile?
Other than, allegedly, controlling worms, what a other benefits have you found?

My dogs don't have worms and I don't often use anything! Just to be a good citizen I do worm them with vet pill once a year, but no sign of worms.
It take a pretty severe infestation to see evidence of worms. Your dog may have good natural immunity; but I'd recommend a worm egg count every 3-4months. They cost £10-15 online.

That would be cheaper than £34 every three months
