I closed one of my Santander accounts today, because the end of the 1st year high interest has now dropped to zilch. Their rules! New customers only!! You cannot open a new account with £100.00 bonus plus 5% for 12 months until 3 months have elapsed.
It took over an hour for the single cashier to close it The queue was a mile long by the time she had finished. How crazy! Roll on November to reopen it!

Yeah well they even charge those that work too, My partner Claire has to pay £4.50 a day to park at the BRI in Bristol.

my friend is a physio at one of the local hospitals, and struggles to park in the staff car park. The parking spaces to staff ratio is quite low aswell apparently! I think they also charge you different parking rates depending on how much you earn!

To have to fumble around looking for mega bucks to park your car whilst your child is being rushed into intensive care is not something I could recommend. To come out later to find some b****ard has run into said car then left without leaving a note just put the icing on the cake ~ I don't go much on Hospital car parks!!

£2.40 for a 25 minute MRI scan  . I know it's not much, but it's the principle of the thing. Where does this money go?? Hospital parking used to be free!!

Bloody Royal Mail. I bought a second hand book on the internet two weeks ago, it didn't show up. Checked with the vendor, no problem it was sent two weeks ago. Visited the sorting office this morning, sorry we haven't got your book. Guess what fell through my letter box 10 minutes ago?

I sent some walking shoes back and they went missing so I put in a claim form. The PO sent me 6 1st class stamps because the value was under £90.
