Gundog Training Forum

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum but looking forward to learning more. I've been a rough shooter all my days, have worked dogs (usually my sister's springers) but never owned my own and thinking about taking the plunge after a bit more thought and reading...

Hi, loads of great people and help on here if you do get one.
what you thinking off yourself a ess ?

Welcome to the forum, good luck with your plans for a dog of your own.

Thanks for the welcome. Manx, I'm thinking about a cocker but not closed the door on a springer yet. I've been impressed with the vigour of the cockers I've seen in recent years (nowt wrong with springers either though)...
