I am looking for a very simple (read inexpensive) doggy cam system for home that can link to my phone when i am out.
Ideally I would have one camera in doors and an IP rated one to cover the garden. Doesn't matter if the indoor one is waterproof but ideally they would be compatible that I could view camera 1 or camera 2 from the same app.
Any recommendations gratefully received.

Motorola Scout ... brill piece of kit ... you can add as many cameras as you want and lots of extras such as ... sound, night vision etc etc
