FTCH X FTCH cost

Post by manorfarm »

In the future I wish to get a lab pup. I want FTCH x FTCH breeding. Does anyone have an idea on the price on such a thing.

I have much work to do on working out where I want the pup to come from, but its good to start somewhere. This approach has worked for me before

There will be more knowledgable lab folk no here than me but that was one litter I knew of a couple of years ago; you might find cheaper but you'd be better to have the budget to get exactly what you want rather than one that is ok but the price is right.

And you still have to train them? With no guarantees?

That's - $17.5K - about right, Will. In greenbacks.

Nah, norm in the US for FTCh x FTCh Lab breeding is >$5,000< but depending on the sire and dam, can be funny money up to $25K.

I'd want the pup trained for me to a high standard and a good s/h vehicle thrown in for that sort of money !

I've seen enough Joe blogs dogs trott though pheasants as though they were blades of grass to not make that mistake again.
