I'm currently going through a divorce and have been renting a house from some friends for the last 8 months whilst it's on the market for sale. Unfortunately, I have to move out by the end of May and am struggling to find rental property that will accept dogs (and a gun cabinet!). Most of the property search sites can't filter by pets allowed.
Does anyone know of any specialist estate agents that cater for countryfolk?
I'm based not too far from Bath and have got my name down on the Longleat lettings books for anything that comes up having been just pipped at the post to an ideal property there. Incidentally, two black labs were almost laughed at, most potential tenants there bring along a whole menagerie. The response when I mentioned the dogs was "Is that it!"
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
