Post by Giveemsomestick »

I know it's not all down to the stud but what is the best out there folks not necessarily the best bred but dogs that are actually producing the goods n throwing good strong durable pups with plenty potential in the right hands..

I think the fact you've had no responses says alot.

People really don't know or they are scared to say a particular kennel.

Ill have a crack Liam
Mallowdale, Poolgreen, Heolybwch, Rowston, Kiltonbeck, Endowood, Bishwell, Centrewalk, just a few but there are many others. Recently ive seen some very promising dogs by Kiltonbeck Rollo and several from Breckmarsh. There are also many other kennels producing good dogs in smaller numbers

If trialling is your thing go back through the Championships results for the past ten years and look at the breeding of the prizewinners.

For good all round Cockers who can turn their paws to anything Whaupley / Kiltonbeck lines are good. For full on Trial Cockers you might have noise issues if you want to pick up with them, use them in a hide or anything else which requires hanging about for long periods..

Depends on whether you want Cockers or Sprockers too. ;)
