Good feeding is sometimes overlooked by inexperienced handlers/trainers.

So many folk get caught up with feeding what is deemed quality food, when really it doesnt suit their dog....just to say "I do".........

You go to the big trialling kennels and rarely you see 2 dogs being fed the same food, because each dog has a different temperament. It really can make or break the dog in training/competition.

Can you explain what you mean by "after a few days she seems to get bored"?

What do you do in response to her apparent boredom?

Does the above sound ok or should we persevere with burns or similar ?

Does she get bored eating or does she lose interest in her activity?

Ours gets a big cup of mixer, csj. When we changed them over one did turn his nose up. Picked bowl up. Put it down following morning he ate it. Eat or go hungry works. People seem to fussy to change dogs food on whim because it turned its nose up.

I am prob too soft then.

So is it healthier for the dog to feed a "presumably" balanced premium dry food OR is it healthier to feed our home made concoction with no added preservatives etc ?

Ps
The cost is no issue.
