We sent the registrations for 5 pups in on the 23 of July, we also paid for 5 x 5 gen ped's and an add' on thier web site, we're still waiting on EVERYTHING!!! 1 pup left at 9 weeks and no sign of the add, no pedigrees and the pups still aren't registered, tried to phone on numerous occasions and have hung up at over 30 minutes a few times, sent an email of compliant on the 13th of August and have had no reply either. Unbelievably bad.

130 days is now the standard processing time for an import apparently!! According to the KC email circulating. Compare to IKC who turned an import registration around in 48 hours.
