Already done Rascal . 40 gallons of home brew bitter and and 25 litres of Sauvignon Blanc being prepared for consumption at this very moment. . That should get Mary and I through the weekend
Pups have been very lively today and now eating solid puppy food, but Doli is still giving them the occasional top up.

OMG. Thats a serious amount of booze, is it the cockers that drive us to it do you think?
Rascal wrote:What lovely looking pups, are they all going to working homes Trefor?
Rascal
Sorry Rascal I didn't answer your question. All the pups are going to working homes albeit two are novice handlers. These have asked me to help them with the initial training .What have I done? Perhaps that's why I Have the booze on hand

Reckon you might need to start building a 'still rather than homebrewing beer if you're going to be training 3 cocker pups Trefor!
OMG I just re-read my post. That should have been 40 pints of homebrew not 40 gallons
Started work on the still Nick. At least I have persuaded the two novice handlers to join the forum when they have their pups; so when I sit down in a corner, crying, burbling and drinking copious quantities of gin you good people will be on hand to advise them.

Oh what have you done??
I hope you've prepared the new owners that if they do join the forum to expect some daft comments too as otherwise they could be drinking copious quantities of gin with you or helping you with the "40 gallons" of homebrew!!!

Pleased to hear the pups are coming along nicely!
Hi cornish bird abroad. You only live a short hop up the M40 from us and there's lots of homebrew to share so if you wanted you could also be driven to distraction by self willed cockers
They all went to be micro-chipped and have their first vaccinations yesterday. It was quite nerve-racking to make sure that we identified the right puppy. Tref held them while I checked which one was which before we handed it to the vet. Anyway it is now done and the first one goes to its new home a week today. Despite the fact that they are now very lively I am sure that I will miss them.
I obviously didn't understand the function of a puppy training mat. I thought it was for them to poo and wee on. Obviously not! It seems to have been designed for tug of war games
Hey mum isn't time you let us out of here we want to create chaos in the kitchen.
Mary
Lovely pics I thought everyone knew puppy pads were for playing with and chewing up The one on the left in the bottom photo has a real look of mischief in his eye
