great thanks Terry , i am going to be coming along hopefully but it does clash with a clay shoot i help run so will have to delegate a good few times lol

I completed this course last year gaining the Kennel Club Gundog certificate it was the best thing I have done with my dog. As a complete novice at the outset, so far I have competed in three tests and one trial, worked my dog on three different shoots (contacts gained through the club).

This year the set up looks even better with a taster session to see if its for you. The training grounds are fantastic for hunting spaniels and I still go along every month with some of the others from last years class.

Just to update you, there's been a good uptake for the course, some places are still available so you've still got time to express an interest but not forever as Barry is hoping to finalise on the 6th March.
