I completed this course last year gaining the Kennel Club Gundog certificate it was the best thing I have done with my dog. As a complete novice at the outset, so far I have competed in three tests and one trial, worked my dog on three different shoots (contacts gained through the club).

This year the set up looks even better with a taster session to see if its for you. The training grounds are fantastic for hunting spaniels and I still go along every month with some of the others from last years class.

I received the application in the post, but we can't do it as it clashes with work. :(

Send Barry Miles an email, his address is on the contacts page for Midsussex.

Just to update you, there's been a good uptake for the course, some places are still available so you've still got time to express an interest but not forever :-D as Barry is hoping to finalise on the 6th March.
