Son of Whaupley Reiver as a stud dog ?.

Post by southern cockers »

Looking for a son of Whaupley Reiver as a potential stud for a bitch due in season in the near future.
Have long been a fan of this dog and his retirement leaves in my humble opinion a most tremendous source of an outcross to many bitch lines.
The suggested dog does not need to be either a FTW /FTCH , a good honest genuine shooting dog and if bred from a Kiltonbeck Warlord or Scimitar bitch line all the better.
Many Thanks.
Southern / Derrycullen Cockers.

First dog that springs to mind is one I like the look of very much. SILVERTIPS KNIGHT OF DANALIMATT. He's health tested, but I don't know how much he works.
Or teddy I believe his username is has a dog that has reiver on the dam line and is sired by scimitar.

A nice dog, I've shot over him, not health tested, but does work.

Long drive but SEJ(J)CH Whaupley Tramp sounds like what you ask for.

Would Andy or Fiona not be better placed to give you this information? I would imagine they have a pretty good idea of what's out there that's doing 'okay'. Just a thought :) Ali

Many thanks for the reply but as my bitch is a Scimitar bitch hence the search for a son of Reiver with hopefully Scimitar/ Warlord on dam's side.

Goldengroves Gripper or Whaupley Telemark (Scimitar Bitch Line)

But like Ali's said, Andy and Fiona will know of something!
