Hello everyone and Happy New Year

[John Porter]

Hi Gundog Training Forum members. I live in East Sussex and have a male Golden Retriever named Maxi who is 17 months old and has been training with the Ashburnham Gundog Group for four months. I have never shot, but Maxi had all the pedigree credentials and I wanted to progress his and my training beyond the Kennel Club obedience as he loved working. I'm going on a shoot in January just to view and get a better idea of what the training is for. I am sure there will be many questions answered but I imagine that membership or the Forum will give the opportunity to tap into other members experience.
Thank-you in advance.
