Half a dozen cockers on leads is madness never mind at heel

The dogs are well trained , no doubt about that. I question the man's common sense however. Walking one dog off lead in city streets and city traffic in decidedly dodgy , walking 6 dogs off lead in a city is insanity ....or a very strong desire for attention ?

I can walk 3 cockers, a vizsla and a Brittany off lead and at approximate heel at shoots or out training but I would not do that out in the streets. If something did go wrong someone could get killed in a car ....." accident ?"

Did anyone see BBC's Pets- wild at heart last night? About five minutes or so in there were some dog walkers walking unrelated dogs albeit on leads. Their body language was totally different to the dogs in the clip linked in the first post in this thread...

Worth watching if you missed it or at least I found it so...

I watched the parts with dogs in! I found it fascinating about the dogs who took themselves off and met up with other dogs, were streetwise and then returned to their how homes at night.
