If they want what we got they'll be willing to pay for it just like anyone else.
In life, it is important to know when to stop arguing with people and simply let them be wrong.

At least you can work to your own rules. Besides, Europe isn't England's largest trading partner. Of course Europe wants Britain in. It suits them. They will still trade with Britain, they need to.

I don't think anyone is saying that we can't trade successfully outside the EU. Life will go on but nobody yet knows what the nature of trade agreements will be or how long it will take for the dust to settle. We do have examples of countries negotiating trade deals with the EU & they are long & protracted & European ones have included free movement of people. The problem with parading businessmen to support your argument is that they are queuing up on both sides.

Fair enough. Just seems like the relationship is pretty one sided. I suppose at the end of the day the voters will turn the wheel and the politicians will take it from there.

I can't see any value in staying in. Time to change, I believe it will be for the better.

Get out once and for all. We have never had the better of any deal yet in the EU. Non elected people making our laws? No control over our own borders? Fifty million Turks soon to be able to come to Britain and avail themselves of our health service, our education service and our benefits not to mention their right to housing. If getting out costs me £500 a year then its money well spent. There is no reason to remain, the EU has brought this country to its knees and if we vote to remain it will quickly pile the pressure on with more insane laws that no one wants.
One chance to save our country. VOTE OUT.

I must live in a different country. That doesn't sound remotely like mine. :-D Of all the countries in the EU we are one of the best economies. And the Holy Trinity of Boris/Gove/Nige are fond of pointing out that we're the 5th richest trading country in the universe, largely thanks to membership of the EU, so that hardly sounds like a country on its knees. ;)

We will send all the Turks to live on your patch naj. Yes we have a good economy and it will be greater once we stop handing it over to under performing left wing states in Europe. Two countries are self sustaining in Europe,Britain and Germany. The rest are Free loaders and not worth a spit. You may be fine where you are but try living in the towns and cities where English is not the spoken language. Proud Yorkshire with its people of historic country ways and values, its now full of immigrants and no jobs for the natives.
Get out of Europe and give Britain back to the British, whatever colour or creed. Patriotism.
