Lab stud dogs - advice please

Would anyone be prepared to advise on lines to look at for a suitable lab dog to go over my lovely bitch later this year? Needs to be a quality dog with clear health tests and good confirmation.

Her breeding:
Sire - Pocklea Adder x Dargdaffin bitch by Mediterian Blue.

Dam Grandparents - Mansengreen Diesel of Birdsgreen x bitch (Broadlaw Eva x Goldscleugh's Butler of Shadowbrae) and dog by Tasco Rouble of Bedgebrook x good bitch from untitled working lines.

We want to breed trainable fun working dogs for amateur handlers, like my bitch. My bitch had a calm but keen disposition when young and I hope to reproduce this.

Some nice 'solid' lines behind your bitch and there should be several options in terms of potential stud dogs so in the end it could be you preference in colour and the dog's looks that will decide your choice of stud dog - maybe also take into account the size of your bitch, the potential stud dog and what you hope to end up with in terms of size of puppies. If you haven't already done so, now would be the time to get her health tested so BVA eye test, hip & elbow scored.

Thanks Natasha. My bitch was thoroughly health tested before we made the decision to breed from her.

She is smallish but with width, not snipey. The rest of her litter are a good size of athletic lab. I am thinking a medium sized dog with good length of leg for her. Colour is low on the list of priority to me.

Apart from the basic health requirements I am after a recommendation for which lines to look at for a calm temperament. Do I look to go back to a line already behind her? PM me if you prefer.
