Dog Transit Boxes
Re: Dog Transit Boxes
Some of the expensive ones are crash tested which is worth the extra in my mind
Re: Dog Transit Boxes
Presumably if you have it secured or strapped down ?
Sorry but i dont get spending hundreds on a fibreglass box.
Muddling along in the hope that one day it starts to make sense.

Re: Dog Transit Boxes
I bought a TransK9 box a couple of years ago. Ordered it online on Black Friday, they phoned me the next day to arrange delivery, it was with me within a few days, in the hour's time slot specified. I even got a free bumper mat and Road Refresher bowl thrown in. Top box, top customer service.

Re: Dog Transit Boxes
I have tried a few from plastic to mesh and settled on the current TransK9. Went down a picked it up in Ayrshire and was given free mat and anti spillage dog bowl. Its on its second car and still looks like new. Only gripe the screw at rear of turn button needed tightened settled on some loctite and jobs a good one.
I have thought of producing more space with a drawer unit on the floor and meshing the rear for two door access and central divider with mesh over my L200 sliding windows. It would give me more space for my current five GSP but it is not the average £500ish a TransK9 would be. Would be nearer the £1000/2000 mark. Plastic I did not like it got ingrain with scratches and was a lot more hotter in the summer travelling I did not experience with my TransK9 go figure. The plastic one was more bulky as well. But make your own choice to suit your needs but strap them down.

You might look at the dates of the original requests before posting your advert, I think all of these people will have found something in the past several years...
In life, it is important to know when to stop arguing with people and simply let them be wrong.
