When I registered my litter they managed to register more pups than I had and not send pedigrees that I had asked for. To be fair it was rectified pretty quickly after they received my email pointing out their mistakes! I suspect a lot is now computer generated in puppy registration and the real people are probably working from home at the moment.

Very slow just now, I sent an application to register and imported dog months ago, chased it up and got an email back in the last few days telling me they were missing some paperwork.

I have been dealing with the KC on a registration issue since September. Several e mails and phone calls from the stud owner and e mails from me with no resolve. Disappointing.

I am still trying to get a 3 generation export certified pedigree for frozen semen registration purposes in the USA. The KC requires only the stud owner can purchase this type of pedigree. The stud owner has told me he has NOT been able to accomplish this task. The stud owner has told me he has made several attempts. Is the KC in such a bad way they can't send a pedigree. A phone call to the KC is 10 dollars a minute to be put on hold. Frustrated to say the least.

A multi million pound organization that could be better run by Albert Steptoe in his outside loo.

There are people who registered litters last year still waiting for something that they have paid for. Any business trating their customers with such contempt would soon fall foul of the law.
