In life, it is important to know when to stop arguing with people and simply let them be wrong.

Re: Regional Training Register
We're on the border of Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire and probably prepared to travel up to 1 hour away. The top ends of Berkshire, Hampshire, Bukinghamshire and Wiltshire wouldn't be out of the question either.
Odd, I've just noticed we live in close proximity to a number of shire's, how on earth did that happen? Answers on a shire postcard if you please

My sense (or lack of) humour always makes me smile when I hear of dog people living in Berkshire.cornishbirdabroad wrote:We're on the border of Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire and probably prepared to travel up to 1 hour away. We are dotted around aren't we. I can plot everybody on a MAP but am very aware of dog nappers. My details are out there anyway because of the breed club so not bothered. Click on the white blob thing to see person's details.
What do we think?

Re: Regional Training Register
I think this is a great idea. And I think the map idea is good too. I have a couple of training partners I have met either directly or indirectly through this forum. For me it is so valuable to be able to train alongside like minded people who don't simply want their dogs to run riot with other dogs. I benefit from being able to train my dog alongside controlled distractions and the more experienced also benefit from having the distraction of a turbo nutter hyper charged mentally unstable hot wired hunting machine with acute ADHD. (my dog is also quite challenging) I am the Essex Girl as you may know
but I travel regularly throughout East Anglia.
