Re: FTCH X FTCH cost
It's funny that people baulk at paying for quality breeding, and paying £100-200 more than for something 'run of the mill', and yet when you look at what you spend on FT training days and shoot days etc, that sum pales into insignificance over the considerable life of the dog...

Agreed, it's like when guns turn up here to shoot in a 90k range rover, a 10k gun wearing about 15 hundred quids worth of gear and moan about paying an extra quid for a decent box of cartridgeskennel maiden wrote:It's funny that people baulk at paying for quality breeding, and paying £100-200 more than for something 'run of the mill', and yet when you look at what you spend on FT training days and shoot days etc, that sum pales into insignificance over the considerable life of the dog...

The very highest. I've made a note of the phone number. If I have another litter I'm going to ring them to pen me an advert... Close enough for you to go and have a look.

I don't know why you aren't camping on their doorstep, Perce!
In life, it is important to know when to stop arguing with people and simply let them be wrong.

My Buccluch dog was £600 nearly four years ago and £100 of that was VAT. Admittedly not out of a championship winner.James wrote:Buccleuch were at a grand a few years ago but down to £800 now I think.

Re: FTCH X FTCH cost
I was down for a pup out of breeze, a bitch then was £800. When talking to someone that already had a bitch from there he said "that's come down then as I paid a grand"WGD wrote:My Buccluch dog was £600 nearly four years ago and £100 of that was VAT. If it was easy it wouldn't be so much fun.
