Meat Grinder/Mincer

Post by craigavonjoe »

Hi All, hope that someone can recommend a meat grinder/mincer for mincing chicken carcasses and turkey necks.
I don't mind if it is a hand driven one to keep the price down. Would the likes of this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Manual-heavy-al ... B00MA8RLHU have the brute force to mince carcasses??
Anyone any experience of these.....

They are rubbish, jam constantly and very awkward to work

One thing to try might be a cheapo second hand magimix off Ebay, or similar. Best not use the wife's best kitchen appliance...
