Piddling in bed

My collie x greyhound is just under five months. Keeps peeing in her bed. In the day she is outside in kennel and concrete run. At night in house in crate
She pees in her bed in the kennel which has bed area and I have tried boxing small section off and even put crate in with only room to lay down. She also pees in her crate some times even though I get up in night and let her out but less so in crate. Regarding the kennel I am wondering if its because the concrete run is all ways wet this time of year. May be I could fashion some sort of litter tray
I was using old clothes for her bedding but have switched to straw now so at least I can throw it.

First off this can be a huge topic to try to get to the bottom of, but what I will say is that it is not usual for a dog to pee in its own bed without a reason, but that said it is not unheard of.
I do hear of it more often in kenneled or semi kenneled dogs, but on investigation a lot has to do with the initial `toilet training' as a pup which seemed to be done less with `kenneled' dogs.
My first thought is always to rule out a medical issue so would take advise from your vet.
Next I would look at the feeding/watering routine and relate it to overnight bladder control. You should not have to get up in the night for a 5 month old pup which brings me back to toilet training issues ( train the dog to fit in with your life, do not let the dog train you to fit into theirs ).
I would also be looking at the kennel and make sure there is better drainage and especially an area of dry floor before the bedding area.( Covering the run or part of it ) I would also want the floor of the bed raised off the floor of the kennel so condensation is not forming under the dog and making it wet.
There is also the issue of anxiety which the dog may have or is be picking up from you with regard to peeing in the indoor crate and any residual pee scent that may be present ... like I said at the beginning a huge topic with no certain answers so you'll have to keep trying solutions till you hit on the right one or combination.

Thank you yes the bed area is raised off the floor and lovely and dry and warm. As for the run section because of its location being shaded it won't dry often in the winter. She has done her toilet in it this morning for example so cleaned and hosed and I will need to repeat tonight so its constantly in a state of getting wet

Clean with biological washing powder which will break down the urine better, rinse well and hope. I would expect a 5 month old dog to be dry all night, my pups have been dry in their crate at night from day one so, possibly, piddling is unusual. How long is she left for in the kennel?
If it continues might be a good idea to have a vet check.
